Kate Laughton is a fully registered psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar with over 15 years experience working primarily with children, adolescence, adults and families.
Kate's area of expertise includes working with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety and panic disorders, depression, trauma, substance abuse, self-harm, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders, transgender issues, mood disorders, child and adult ADHD/ADD, Autism, developmental and/or attachment issues and dissociative disorders.

Kate has worked within both government, non-government and private sectors providing quality assessments and tailored intervention programs for children and adults with complex presentations.
To improve client outcomes and ensure client's with barriers have the same access to specialist care, where required, Kate can provide home visits, observe children at school, conduct online consultations, develop behaviour management plans and develop high level positive behaviour management plans that can be followed by parents, service providers and staffing groups.
Kate is a registered provider with Medicare, WorkCover, DVA, private health insurers and provides employee assistance psychological services (EAP) for a wide range of organisations, government services and private companies.
